It’s a spoon, it’s a spatula, it’s a spatuloon! These are my favorite to cook with! The dogwood is durable and has a lovely, tight grain. They have a slight bend in them for getting in and out of the pan, flipping, flopping and work great at serving large cuts of meat, fish or vegetables.
Dimensions: 10.5-11” long x 2.25-2.5” wide
These boat-like spoons want to be floating in your ramen! They have an elegant swoop, like a sea worthy vessel, for scooping soup, dips, sauces or whatever fare you’ll be eating. All are made from local cherry wood.
Dimensions: 6”-7” long x 1.25”-1.4” wide
This shape evolved from my butter spreader design. It works well in many facets of cooking, from pan cooking to mixing dough to even slicing a knob of butter. All are dogwood except for one in plum, which are very sturdy and dense woods.
Dimensions: ~11” long x ~2-2.5” wide
